A way to try and track and promote habits as well as get things done. Categories are fluid. Five everyday with at least one thing achieved in each. Recorded at 9:45 each morning for yesterday and plan for today. Can be online or in a notebook (potentially scanned in later to have all in one place).

- Admin: life things to keep up with
- Social: replies to emails, attendance of events
- Health: exercise, flossing, day off alcohol
- Reading: books to read
- Learning: courses to do, articles to read (probably fits into Music or Tech)
- Tech: admin, tutorials, articles
